So we both know what to expect!

Bookings: These can be made via my online store - Von’s Craftery which automatically secures your booking on receipt of payment.

Alternatively you can email or fill in the contact form online, and once I've confirmed availability, paying the deposit by bank transfer secures your place.

 

Deposit: You can pay in full at the time of booking, or reserve your place with a £10 deposit, with the balance due at the workshop.

The deposit is non-refundable, but with enough notice, can be swapped to another date (subject to availability).

Deposit for a group booking is £50

Things happen.. 

Can't make it? A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation, otherwise the full fee is payable. This helps myself and the small business owners I work with keep afloat!

 

Minimum numbers? Please note, if there are too few people booked onto a session at an external venue, I will get in touch with a view to rearranging the session - either on the same date at my studio in Bidford, or with more people on another date.

Anything else?

Dietary or Access issues? Please either email me, or complete the 'message to seller' page when you book to let me know any dietary or accessibility requirements, which I will try my hardest to meet. If I don't hear from you, I will assume that standard dietary and access requirements will suit you. 

My studio at home does have a small step, but otherwise is on the ground-floor, so it should suit most abilities. Where I have booked other venues, where possible these will be entirely accessible, or will state clearly if not. If you have any other needs, please let me know and I will try my best to make you feel welcome and fully included. My home studio is sometimes visited by my dog, but not often - if this is going to be an issue, please let me know! 

 

Children? Block printing is suitable for all abilities, so I don't have a lower age limit, but would suggest if you want a guide, maybe aged 8 and up? 

My standard workshops are not designed as children's workshop, and most participants will be adults but children accompanied by their grown-up are very welcome. I do run some children's workshops, which are intended for children to attend by themselves; I am DBS checked and will always have another responsible adult with me for children's events.
